RightCare MN is a directory of licensed senior & adult care providers across the state — built so families and case managers can compare real information in one place, free.

What we believe

  1. Real data or no data. Ratings come from providers' public Google listings. When a provider has no reviews, we say "No reviews yet" — we never invent a score.
  2. Licenses up front. Listings show Minnesota DHS/MDH license numbers where we have them, so you can verify with the state directly.
  3. Free for families. Search, compare, and contact providers at no cost. Providers can claim a free listing; paid plans buy visibility, never fake credibility.
